Influencing elements of technological adoption: Case study about management in an educational institution

This study sought to analyze, from the point of view educational managers, and based on TOE framework, determinants, boosters, creators barriers adoption implementation information communication technologies within an institution. A qualitative, descriptive, exploratory was conducted, adopting single case as research strategy. The data were collected through interviews, documentary research, direct observations, later submitted content analysis. Considering results demonstrate that main determinants technological are linked environmental context; boosting elements arranged in organizational create involve contexts.
